As we celebrate the new year, Mohr Collaborative is celebrating 10 years of building innovation leadership cultures. We’ve coached nearly 1,400 high-potential leaders on more than 200 teams from 60 countries and we’ve shepherded hundreds of projects from idea to seed stage resulting in tens of millions of dollars in new revenue and cost savings.

Not bad, considering 2007-2016 was not the easiest time for our clients.

Through it all we’ve been motivated and rewarded by the same things that motivate the participants in our programs: the challenge of learning something new with every team and every project, and the belief that people who know how to collaborate will make the world a better place.

A special thanks to the participants, project sponsors and collaborators who, whether it was last year or ten years ago, a large or small effort, made a difference in the experience of our programs.  A difference that cascades through the organizations we have worked with.  Thank you for being part of this 10-year collaboration.
